FAA's New Rules affect all Pilot Certifications, Training, And Ground Operations

Wide-ranging revisions to 102 regulations concerning training, qualification, certification, and operating requirements for pilots, flight instructors, ground instructors, and pilot schools were made available in the Federal Register, and almost every one who flies could potentially affected.
The final rule is a result of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) issued in 2007.
