Uber's flying taxi plan revealed: Firm hopes to sign aircraft

makers up to 'Elevate' service and launch in 2026

  • Uber's plan will have flying taxi by 2021 and roll out services 2026
  • The vehicles will operate like a helicopter and be fully electrical
  • They will travel 100 miles on a single charge and top out at 150 mph
  • There will be room in the cars for a pilot and multiple passengers
